Hello! 👋

I'm Andrzej Fijało

R&D / MLOps Engineer

About Me

I'm an R&D / MLOps Engineer specializing in machine learning operations, model deployment, and computer vision for autonomous systems. With extensive experience in drone technology and unmanned systems, I focus on building efficient ML pipelines and optimizing vision systems. I work comfortably in Linux environments as both a user and system administrator, automating workflows with Bash, Zsh, and tools like Nix and Jenkins. My expertise spans computer vision using OpenCV, GStreamer, DeepStream, YOLO, CUDA, VPI, and FFmpeg, alongside ML frameworks like PyTorch, MLflow, Kedro, and TensorRT. I primarily develop on NVIDIA Jetson platforms, balancing hardware constraints with AI performance. I have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end systems — from sensor integration and hardware setup to implementation, performance tuning, and documentation — in drone and automation projects. I value open technologies, technical clarity, and close collaboration across engineering disciplines.
